We provide FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on all orders of minimum USD 100!
Worldwide Shipping is free for all orders amounting USD 100 and above.
Orders below USD 100 will be charged a flat fee of USD 15 for shipping.
Your jewelry will be shipped to your door by courier: we use the services of DHL and EMS.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email message with your shipping tracking number.
With this tracking number you can track the progress or your purchase at any time, on the shipping company's website.
You will also receive from our order tracking officer, a regular email update on the status of your shipment until its receipt.
All of our silver jewelry is carefully packaged by our shipping clerks prior to cargo pick up by our shipping agent.
Indeed, delivering perfect jewelry to clients in perfect condition is as important as manufacturing great silver jewelry!
Delivery time is usually 6 to 7 business days from the time you place your order and providing we received your payment. Please keep in mind that due to cargo rotation, it might take up to 3 days before the online tracking module would show your tracking number.
When placing your order, please make sure you enter the correct shipping address, contact number and email address. We are not responsible for reshipping fees it if you provided us with an incorrect address.
We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package. Though, we are generally willing to find a compensation for our clients. Delivery is guaranteed.
In the event your package is lost, and providing this is acknowledged by the shipping company, we will reship it at our expense.
